Artificial Turf in Rockwall

Rockwall sits on the eastern side of Lake Ray Hubbard, connected to the Garland-Rowlett corridor by the I-30 lake crossing. The lakefront residential areas in Rockwall — the properties along the lake's eastern shore — share some drainage and water management characteristics with western Rowlett, though the rocky subsoil geology that gives Rockwall its name creates different conditions than the clay-dominant soils in Garland proper.

Artificial Turf of Garland serves Rockwall as an eastern extension of our Lake Ray Hubbard corridor service area. We bring the same base preparation knowledge and product quality to Rockwall that we provide in Rowlett and Garland. The geological variation — rockier, faster-draining subsoil in some Rockwall areas — actually simplifies base preparation in certain conditions while creating different challenges in others. We assess each Rockwall site individually.

Rockwall subdivision neighborhoods away from the immediate lakefront have standard NE Texas yard conditions — summer heat, occasional drought restrictions, the perpetual challenge of keeping natural grass alive through August without daily irrigation. Synthetic turf addresses those challenges with the same logic it does in Garland.
