Installation begins with sod removal and base preparation. For most Garland residential yards, we excavate two to four inches to account for the base material depth and keep the finished turf surface level with surrounding hardscape. We compact a Class II base, lay weed fabric, then roll and cut the turf panels. Seams are glued — not stapled, not left floating — so they hold over years of thermal expansion and contraction.
